About Your Order

Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. UPS Tracking information is forwarded via email after the order has been processed. Orders do not ship until payment is verified.



In most cases, shipping rates are verified in real-time utilizing the UPS real-time rate calculation tools. However, certain items and order sizes that exceed 70lbs. in total weight may need to be re-calculated in order to accommodate multiple shipping containers and applicable handling charges. Under these circumstances, shipping will be calculated according to the following schedule:

If your order is over 250 lbs. alternate LTL truck shipments can be arranged. Please contact us for more details on shipping volume/bulk orders.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange most items for a credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping fees involved in the exchange/return.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories and must be suitable for immediate resale. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is opened, not in its original condition, is damaged, or returned more than 28 days after delivery.

We do not refund any shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part when shipping your order. If your return is the result of our error then we will cover the shipping charges for your returned product.

If we shipped your package and it was returned to us, your shipping charges will not be refunded and you will incur a 20% restocking fee.

If any of the above conditions are not met, MGS Soapopular, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

To return an item, please contact sales@mgsmata.com with a descriptive email describing the reason you are returning the product (e.g. damaged, do not want product, etc.). Please include contact phone number, email address, order number, contact person, and shipping address details.

Please allow 3-4 business days for processing your return once we receive the item(s).
